About this Event
'On The Street Where I Live' Exhibition & Workshop
On The Street Where I Live exhibition is a new series of large-scale collages, printed panels and objects created by Brain Injury Matters artists and facilitated by curator Ciaran Elizabeth Doran.
The pieces represent individual stories about the places the artists grew up in, the streets where they lived and where they are now focusing on the importance of the family, friends and community that shaped their lives.
The pieces frame important memories and stories that span many years and speak to unforgettable and humorous moments whilst talking about day-to-day experiences that highlight how unique we all are.
This event takes place on 28th July 2026 in Cregagh Library from 2.30-4pm
Curator Ciaran Elizabeth Doran will be running a creative workshop where you can make papier-mâché pieces inspired by the exhibition.
The workshop is free, materials provided, no experience required, please book your place.
