Activate Oklahoma and the Coffee Bunker have combined forces to deploy tools and resources to benefit veterans to improve and manage their mental health. The AO (area of operation) is a family-friendly and supportive environment using a social walk/run, couch to 5K, training program. Our On the Move program utilizes community-building through social connection and physical exercise to improve emotional and mental health.This run-walk program will help you cross the finish line feeling strong. It is designed to demonstrate the physical, mental, and social health benefits of a focused training program.
