Join us on Sunday, November 9th for a free mat Pilates class with store ambassador Kayla of JETSET Pilates Lake Norman and South End.
Expect a mindful, core-focused flow designed to build strength, improve stability, and help you feel grounded before the season picks up. All levels are welcome, whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth.
Afterward, stay and shop our newest products before we open our doors to the public.
Make sure to bring your own mat, a water bottle, and a sweat towel if you'd like. We will be locking the doors at 9:05am, so make sure to be on time!
