We invite all individuals & families affected by Parkinson's Disease to join us for a day long educational event. Chase Family Movement Disorder expert physicians specializing in Parkinson's Disease will present the latest science and research there is to date including traditional therapeutics used to treat symptoms, surgical & procedural treatments, including High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), and integrative treatments for symptom management. This in person event will give the Parkinson's community an opportunity to learn something new and connect with others who are on a similar journey.
