“On Edge” is an invitation to gently explore the spaces where fear, freedom, vulnerability and aliveness meet.
Not to force or push beyond your limits, but to meet yourself honestly — with curiosity, courage and compassion.
The edginess is not something to fix.
It is simply the body’s way of revealing where something real is waiting.
Sometimes the edge feels uncomfortable.
Sometimes it uncovers old stories, emotions and protective layers we’ve carried for years.
And sometimes, when we stay present with softness and care, we discover the edge is not here to stop us — but to open us.

Journey through ecstatic movement from live DJ that invite bold expression, playful risk, vulnerability and release — allowing the body to move instinctively and freely.

We close with a deeply grounding sound bath to support integration, rest and inner stillness.
