Forest Grove's Christmas Lights Parade starts at 7:00 pm!!This listed event is for anyone that owns or drives a Classic Mini or a New MINI and that would like to be in the Forest Grove Holiday Light Parade with us.
First off, OMS members and friends will be pre-staging at Joseph Gale Park, 2731 Main St, Forest Grove.
There are restrooms at this park.
Meeting at 3:00 pm to go into Parade Staging Area as a group at 3:15 pm.
If you’re late, you can still get in and find us till 4:30pm.
So, light up your Mini or MINi with all the Christmas lights you can!
But, please no Santa Claus, he's at the end of the Parade.
You must enter the parade staging from the B Street and Camino Drive intersection. This is a must, there’s just too much going on in the staging area, and too many excited little ones to have a bunch of cars or floats turning around and getting in line.
Forest Grove is trying to limit the parade staging area to only floats and/or the people who will park at Harvey Clarke School until the parade is over.
There are no restroom facilities at the parade staging area, so please plan ahead. Public restrooms are available at Joseph Gale Park, near the Skate Park on Main Street.
Dogs are allowed if they remain on leash at all times and inside Mini/MINIs float during the Parade.
Please remember the very important rule that you CAN throw candy from your Mini/MINI float. (Your car is your float)
You supply your own candy to throw.
It’s a night time parade, with darkness comes difficulty seeing everyone and everything, and we know how excited the littlest parade goers can get too. Pease Be Careful.
