Join us for a magical evening of deep relaxation at Omaya Floating Sound Bath with Meditation.
This unique experience invites you to float gently on the water while being surrounded by soothing sounds, healing frequencies, and a peaceful guided meditation. As your body relaxes into the support of the floating mat, your mind begins to soften, your breath slows down, and your nervous system receives permission to rest.
The evening will include a calming meditation followed by a deeply immersive sound bath with instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle percussion, and other healing sounds designed to bring you back into balance.
This experience is created for all levels. No meditation or sound bath experience is needed. Simply come as you are, surrender, relax, and receive.
