Omakase Nights are a one night a month, on a Monday for an exclusive, intimate evening with our award winning head chef, Anthony Hinds (Karma, St.Martins)
Omakase truly means to leave it to the chef, and with that, comes mystery, and for these evenings, that's truly what they are, full of mystery. you may see our Easter eggs we will be leaving on socials on the lead up to the evening, some could be hints!
Anthony has a taste profile, built on experience from living in different countries, working with flavour to create dishes that are not only exclusively created for the copper fox, but for these evenings too.
With the dining experience is in good hands, we will also be showcasing exclusive wines that pair with each course, from our Mounts Bay Wine selection, bottles of wine that are only sold at the copper fox, if you don't know, we work with vineyards that are family run, ethical and help with rewilding projects, so every bottle truly has a story behind it.
If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know whilst booking, so a course can be specifically made to cater to you.
