This is a 100% Japanese Omakase Experience.
That Means the menu will be 90% curated the day of.
This is a special menu as Chef Jake and Chef Skyler will be traveling to Japan in January for R&D. Bringing back with them, imported goods and knowledge to prepare a once in a lifetime meal in Utah.
