In this guided workshop, we’ll explore the practice of continuous Om chanting: a meditative sound journey that unites breath, voice, and consciousness.
Through sustained repetition of this sacred syllable, the mind begins to quiet, the nervous system relaxes, and a deep sense of connection arises, to oneself, to others, and to the universal vibration that permeates everything.
