Introduction Yoga Steel Mace Flow Workshop ⚔️🧘This Intro / Beginner Level Workshop is specially designed for those NEW or newly returning to a Steel Mace practice. Some experience with Vinyasa yoga flow is recommended.
What is Steel Mace Flow (SMF) in unity with Yoga Flow offer;
1- It challenges us Mentally as a constant demand on our ‘mind to muscle’ reaction. We practice maintaining awareness of balance and coordination throughout uneven weight loaded exercises.
2- It strengthens our Body as we face not only load baring exercises, but incorporate body weight stability, core and conditioning work all in one.
3- It challenges us in Heart as we learn to choose the fight through discomfort over comfort. We learn stay true to ourself and persevere, to fight over withdrawing.
4- It strengthens our Spirit as we learn to balance our masculine Warrior in strength with our feminine Goddess in Grace. To practice discipline of holding onto form while releasing rigid expectations as we let go ☯️
In Person at our private home based studio in Lorette West MB at 6 Oakview Dr or Virtual on Zoom
Who: Adults New to or Newly returning to the use of Steel Mace. No experience with Fitness is needed (variations offered for everyBody) Yoga experience recommended
How to Prepare: Dress comfortably to move freely. Fitness footwear or training barefoot welcome. Bring a bottle of water & Yoga Mat.
Steel maces provided. Please confirm when you book if you will be bringing your own.
Cost : $25 + GST
