Olympic Weightlifting Technique Clinic (Experienced Lifters Only)
About this Event
This one-hour session will focus on movement quality, positioning, and efficiency in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Using PVC pipes and empty barbells, we'll break down key components of the lifts and help you build better movement patterns, confidence, and consistency.
Because this is a technique-focused class, space is intentionally limited to allow for individualized coaching and feedback.
Who Is This For?
✅ Athletes who have previous experience with Olympic lifting
✅ Athletes looking to improve their Snatch and Clean & Jerk
✅ Lifters who want personalized coaching on technique and movement patterns
Please Note
This is not a beginner or introductory Olympic lifting class. Participants should already be familiar with the basic mechanics of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
