$50/Team
Any team can sign up for the Open Division; the Lower Division has a team average PPR of 7.5 (Cap of 15). You will play a 4 game Round Robin, then enter a double elimination bracket seeded by wins and losses. Guaranteed 6 games! Winners will be determined at the end of the double elimination brackets.
Raffles
50/50 drawing.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS ALLOWED - please support the Fire Dept.
Scoreholio app will be used so you can follow the tournament on your phone.
SCOREHOLIO DIRECTIONS
Creating a free Scoreholio account:
1. Open your app store on your phone
2. Download and install the free Scoreholio app
3. Click the Green Player Profile button
4. Click Create Account
5. Enter first name, last name, email
6. Click the RED “Send Verification Email” button
7. Check your email for a 4 digit code
8. Enter the 4 digit code
9. Click Verify
10. Click the Red Check In button to be scanned into a tournament
11. You can also pre-register using the directions below, then just pay at the door
Pre-register for a tournament:
1. Open the Scoreholio app on your phone
2. Click the Orange Find A Tournament button
3. In the search box type OLSC and all our tournaments will appear
4. Scroll down and find the tournament you wish to sign up for
5. Click on that tournament
6. Click the Light Green Register button
7. Partner will follow steps 1-6, then search for your team’s name, click it, and click join team
8. You are now registered for this tournament
9. Show up on the correct date
10. Pay your fee at the check-in table
11. Play cornhole and follow the action on your phone using the Scoreholio app
Tournaments with SPR or PPR Restrictions:
1. Player 1 creates a team and registers
2. Player 2 registers on the same team
3. If your team average falls into the range of restrictions, the computer will allow you to create the team. If not, Player 2 will not be allowed to join the team.
Open Division - 50% cash payouts
Lower Division - Prizes
This is a rain or shine event inside the firehouse engine bays.
Bring chairs and a table, if desired.
