Workshop #4: Leading Self: Creating an Ownership Mindset (Part 2) (Friday, February 6th )

1. · Become a strategic thinker and problem solver.
2. · Navigate difficult conversations with calm and grace.

Workshop #5: Leading Teams: Creating an Ownership Culture (Part 1) (Friday, March 6th)

1. · Build a trusting team environment by creating a culture of clarity and alignment.
2. · Understand the importance of clear communications that align with larger company aspirations and goals.
3. · Learn the art of providing constructive feedback through 1:1 coaching.

Workshop #6: Leading Teams: Creating an Ownership Culture (Part 2) (Friday, March 27th )

1. · Build a trusting team environment by creating a culture of accountability and celebration.
2. · Address disciplinary issues with confidence and fairness.
3. · Celebrate successes and boost team morale through recognition.
