OLMF 2026: The Wellness & Culture Kickoff | Military Park

Before the bass drops and the sun peaks, join us in Military Park for the official One Love Music Fest Wellness Hub. We are transforming the park into a sanctuary of movement and cultural connection from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

For just $10, your Wellness Pass gives you full access to all four high-energy and restorative sessions. Whether you want to sweat to Soca or find your center with Yoga, we have a mat waiting for you.

• 🔥 Soca Fit w/ Tiff: Get your heart rate up and your energy high! This is a high-octane cardio session set to the latest Soca riddims.
• 🧘 Yoga w/ I’m So Yoga: Ground yourself and find your flow. A soul-centering session designed for all levels to stretch and breathe in the open air.
• 🇭🇹 Konpa Class: Learn the art of the dance. Our instructors will guide you through the smooth, rhythmic movements of Haitian Konpa.
• ☁️ The Stretch Station: Need a reset? Visit our dedicated stretch station to loosen up and prepare your body for a full day of festival dancing.

• Wellness Access Pass: $10
• What’s Included: Entry to all 4 classes (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM) and a dedicated space in the Wellness Hub.
• What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and your best energy!

Note: This pass is for the Wellness Classes only. Admission to the One Love Music Fest main grounds is FREE, but class registration is required to participate in the morning sessions.
