  Learn to recognize fruitiness, bitterness, pungency, aroma, freshness, and other characteristics of quality EVOO.

  Taste how different olives and growing regions produce oils ranging from mild and buttery to grassy, fruity, robust, and peppery.
• How to recognize quality
  Learn what to look for on a bottle, how freshness affects flavor, and how to avoid some of the most common olive oil buying mistakes.
