Five immersive days of watercolour technique with Daniel López Villacañas (@Daniellopezvillacanas) in the harbour town of Olhão.Join us this 23–27 May in Olhão for an intensive five-day workshop exploring the streets, light and islands of the Ria Formosa.
Spanish-born artist Daniel López Villacañas, based in Birmingham (UK), brings a bold and atmospheric approach to watercolour—far from the delicate “tiny brush” stereotype often associated with the medium.
Over five inspiring days we will paint in the studio, wander through Olhão searching for motifs, and spend one full day painting plein-air on one of the islands.
Small group. Open to beginners and experienced painters alike.
