Oleaje Flamenco is a Pacific Northwest-based ensemble rooted in the living tradition of Spanish flamenco — an art form built on passion, precision, and deep emotional expression. For this performance, the group brings together: Amelia Moore, whose dancing commands the stage with power and grace; Jed Miley, a guitarist whose playing carries both the fire and the tenderness at the heart of flamenco; Gordon Assadi, whose violin adds a haunting lyrical voice to the ensemble; and Kyle McCurdy, whose work on cajón and percussion holds the rhythmic foundation that drives every performance forward.
