Exciting news! Old Stone Church is partnering with EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute to launch a new city-wide soup pantry titled Stirring up Hope!
This new ministry has a simple premise: to provide a warm meal to ANYONE who wants one, every Wednesday through the season, beginning THIS Wednesday, September 24th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
EDWINS will provide soup, and Old Stone Church, through its Mission & Urban Wellness committee, has provided kettles, serving utensils, and all needed equipment to six area churches and outreach centers as distribution sites.
Soup will be served in front of the sanctuary at Old Stone Church, and ongoing weekly volunteers are needed! EDWINS founder Brandon Chrostowski and staff will be present on Wednesday, September 24th, at Old Stone Church to serve the first few bowls.
Other distribution sites, each Wednesday, will be:

The City Mission
Church of the Covenant
Redeemer Crisis Center
