Clive Mitchelmore and Adrian Brown are putting on an Old school type Westcountry rally social event.
The whole idea came about whilst talking about some of the previous events they had seen and taken part in, along with the amount of people they got to know through the great pastime of rallying.

Often life long friendships have been formed along with continued support of events through marshalling/event organisation or just plain old speccying.
On the evening of Friday 17th July '26 anyone who has been involved with the sport is welcome to come along to this non profit making event at the Future Inn in Plymouth starting at 6.30pm for a chance to catch up with old friends, watch some footage of previous events along with pictures of cars on South-west events from years gone by.
There will be a buffet of Pasty and Chips (cheese and onion pasties available for Vegetarians), along with the well stocked bar open for 'Refreshments'.
This will be a great opportunity for everyone to have a natter about events of old, personalities that have been involved and maybe to remind everyone else how fast you think you were!!
There will also be a raffle with some great prizes available and all money raised will be donated to Westcountry Rescue, our beloved Motorsport medical team who spend their weekends giving medical support to events put on throughout the Westcountry as well as further afield.
The cost for this event will be £15.00 per person which will include a buffet meal of pasty and chips.
To book your place please pay £15 per person coming along into HSBC Account number 21057499, sort code 40-40-15 in the name of A Brown with the initial and surname of the person booking as the reference. In the unlikely event that it is cancelled a full refund will be given.
To enable the organisers to order the correct amount of buffet food please ensure you purchase your ticket before the event, if you do just turn up on the night the £15 entry cost will be the same but you may not be able to have the food.
The Future Inn have kindly donated an afternoon tea for the raffle and also they will give a 10% discount for bookings to stay over on the night, to take advantage of the 10% please ring to book and tell them you are with the event.
