Take your seat at the table for an extraordinary wine experience as Wine Selectors brings the Hunter to the city for an Old School; New Cool Hunter Valley Wine dinner, celebrating four renown producers; Bimbadgen, David Hook, De Iuliis, and Tulloch Wines.
Hosted in The Seidler Room of The International, the new world-class dining destination in Martin Place, this elegant evening features a bespoke four-course menu, expertly paired with 16 exceptional wines. From the timeless appeal of classic Hunter Chardonnay and reserve Shiraz to the intrigue of varietals like Fiano, Pecorino, Mourvèdre, Sangiovese, Viongier and Verdelho this is your chance to explore the evolving landscape of Hunter Valley winemaking with some of the best wines the region has to offer.
In an exciting twist, you’ll blind-taste some of these exceptional wines as the producers battle it out for the people’s favourite, as voted by you! Hosted by Paul Diamond, Wine Educator and Publisher of Selector, and featuring special hosts from the wineries, it’s the perfect time of year to rally your wine-loving friends for an end of year get together to discover and taste some extraordinary wines.
