Join us for a one-night-only dining experience as Old Salt Distillery brings their signature open-flame cooking to Sussex Inlet.
Enjoy a relaxed, three-course, share-style menu showcasing Australian produce, bold flavours, and dishes cooked over local firewood.
On arrival, enjoy a complimentary Old Salt cocktail—choose between a Blood Orange & Passionfruit Spritz or a Limoncello Spritz, both made in small batches using Australian-grown citrus.
🍽 Menu highlights (subject to seasonal availability):
• Whipped feta & French onion dips, chicken liver parfait with local artisan breads
• 18-hour BBQ lamb with pumpkin, BBQ chicken with roasted tomato & garlic
• Duck fat potatoes, seasonal greens, BBQ carrots with soft cheese & chimichurri
• Desserts: Pear frangipane tart, passionfruit cheesecake (desserts not gluten free)
With over two decades in top Sydney kitchens, the Old Salt team now call the Shoalhaven home, creating food and drinks focused on Australian produce and open-fire cooking.
