You've heard about the unexplained experiences that people have had at Old Economy Village. Join the number of people who have seen ghostly harmonists and apparitions and heard mysterious music, sounds, and footsteps. Whether you are a beginner or an expert ghost hunter, Old Economy Village is sure to thrill.
April 11th, visitors are invited to experience the “nightlife” of Old Economy Village with this special after-hours event. Old Economy Village is partnering with Beaver County Paranormal, whose years of knowledge and experience make this the perfect chance to learn the ins and outs of paranormal investigating and get professional input on your experiences. Beaver County Paranormal will present a short presentation about Ghost Hunting and a demonstration/explanation of equipment at 7:00 and 8:15 pm. They will be around the site throughout the night to answer questions and assist you in your investigations. We encourage you to bring any small hand-held ghost hunting equipment and your sense of adventure. Several buildings will be open for you to explore, as well as the museum grounds.
The general admission tickets are for the 7:00 – 9:00 PM time slot and give you access to the two presentations. Doors open at 6:45 PM. The VIP tickets grant you access to the 8:15 presentation and later exploration time slot, 8:00 -11:00 PM, plus exclusive entrance to a space with a lot of paranormal activity.
Please note that this is not a "haunted" event. There are no costumed figures or scares. This is a chance to explore the Village after dark and draw your own conclusions.
No large cameras or large paranormal equipment allowed. NO metal detectors allowed.
Must be 18 +. 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
