Oktoberfest / Joe Kenney Fundraiser

Please join us for the ABC MA Oktoberfest at BearMoose Brewing where we will have an evening of fun, craft beer and pizza from Juliana's Catering in support of a great cause. You'll also have an opportunity to brush up on your pinball skills!

This year's Oktoberfest will once again be in honor of late ABC MA member, Joe Kenney, to raise funds for the YJK Foundation. Joe Kenney was a project manager at his family business, W.T. Kenney Company. He was also involved in ABC’s Future Leaders. Joe was taken from us much too soon due to complications from diabetes. The YJK (Young Joe Kenney) Foundation was founded by Joe's family, including his father, past ABC Chairman Chris Kenney (Kenney & Sams P.C.), and uncle, Tim Kenney, and cousin, past ABC Chair Brian Jurgens, both of W.T. Kenney. The YJK Foundation supports diabetes research, education, and the Barton Center camps for diabetic children. The YJK foundation also supports a wide variety of other charitable causes that will perpetuate Joe’s living legacy.

We're also making the pinball games available this year! That's right a selected number of pinball machines will be on "free play" for all to enjoy.

All proceeds from the event will go to The YJK Foundation in support of its important work.
