Oktoberfest - German Cooking

This VERY popular class is back just in time to learn how to prepare your Oktoberfest meal! German food is some of the best around. In this class you will make German apple cake, schnitzel, bratwurst, & spaetzle! We may even get fancy and make a mushroom gravy to turn your plain schnitzel into jagerschnitzel - very popular in the Frankfurt Am Main region of Germany where I lived for three years! You will take home 2 1/2 pounds of bratwurst, some schnitzel & spaetzel and a small apple cake to bake at home.

Class is $75 per person and limited to 12 people.

NOTE: If this class fills up a second class will be offered on September 13th.
