About:
Classic Cooking is excited to host an Oktoberfest Event Dinner on Saturday, October 12th from 5:00PM – 7:30PM! Guests will be able to come in, mingle, and enjoy an authentic German meal prepared by Chef Steven Wagenbach. We will also feature special German beer pairings which will complement each individual dish. Come join us for an evening of delicious and fun dining!
Menu:
Creamy Potato Soup Garnished with Crème Fraîche and Fresh Chives
Bratwurst & Pretzel Rolls
Jaegerschnitzel with Mushroom Demi-Glace, Spaetzle, and Glazed Carrots with Brandy
Sachertorte (Chocolate Cake with Apricot-filing)
