We’re kicking off the season with a custom German-inspired menu crafted by Chef Matt Pace, each course thoughtfully paired with our award-winning Oktoberfest and other classic German-style brews. From savory staples to elevated specialties, this multi-course feast will bring out the best in both the food and the beer.

First Course – Family Style

Warm Bavarian Pretzel Board

Beer cheese fondue, obatzda (beer cheese spread), and sweet mustard.

Smoked Trout Dip

Rye crostini, pickles, and horseradish cream.

Shaved Brussels & Apple Salad

Crisp Brussels sprouts and fresh apples

Second Course – Family Style

Charcuterie & Sausage

Bratwurst, smoked knackwurst, and assorted cured meats with pickles and mustards.

Warm German Potato Salad

Fingerling potatoes, scallion, bacon, whole-grain mustard vinaigrette.

Main Course

Great Dane Oktoberfest-Braised Pork

Slow-braised in Oktoberfest beer with caramelized onions and garlic, served over buttered, herbed spaetzle, with sauerkraut and rich pan jus.

Dessert

Berliner Doughnut

Light and airy yeast-raised doughnut filled with our housemade jam.
