Join us for South Georgia’s largest Oktoberfest celebration! Joining us all the way from Pittsburg, PA will be The Johnny Koenig Band, on stage all four days with a rousing mix of traditional Polka and German drinking songs!
Delight your taste buds on authentic German cuisine specially catered for this event by GoodGood Hospitality, the amazing team behind local restaurants Friends, Woodstack BBQ Tavern, and Berta's Pizza Kitchen.
Wash down your schnitzel, wursts and pretzels with one of our three German-style beers brewed specifically for Oktoberfest: St. Helen's Oktoberfest (Marzen), Hausbier (Helles) and Ein Prosit (Hefewiezen). We will offer collectible steins and hat pins unique to this year's festival.
Don't miss our Keg-Tapping Ceremony on Thursday, Sept 26, where this year’s Marshal Andy Gibbs will tap the first keg and officially kick off this year's festivities! (Inside tip: that first keg is free until it’s gone if you have an official stein)
Don't be afraid to dress up and show out, and join us for the biggest party in South Georgia! Prost!
PARKING: South Briggs Street will be shut off for the entire festival, as our tents spill into the street. Limited parking is available from the south entrance (off of Savannah Ave.), as well in the lot on the corner of Hill Ave. and S. Oak Street, across from the Valdosta Municipal Courthouse. Overflow parking is available in the Toombs Street Parking Lot, only a brief 4 minute walk away. As always, please drink responsibly; assign a designated driver or utilize ride-share services.
