Oklahoma Go Kit Challenge!
Enid Amateur Radio Organization is hosting a new and fun activity at the Enid Hamfest. We had the idea planted in our head by the North Texas Go Kit Challenge. The rules are currently posted on the Enid Hamfest Page. Basics are three categories:
28 and up, mobile, and open. This is to be a fun and free event with participants registered, voting for the winners with tickets. Only rules are that rigs must be able to make 2 contacts and are self contained. Doesn’t have to be in one box, just needs its own power, antenna and you make up the rest! The biggest thing is to have FUN building and showing off the fruit of your skills! No cost is incurred by the participants, so please come and join us at Chisholm Trail Expo Center on September 20, 2025 at 0800! Judging/certifying setups will be completed by 11:30 and awards(trophies) will be awarded around noon. Hope to see you here!
