Oil Painting Class - Still Life

Calling all aspiring painters! Welcome to Artskool, a curated oil painting class in a private artist's residence nestled in the Elysian Heights/Echo Park area.

In this 3 hour still life oil painting class we'll be painting pomegranates. We'll go over composition, sketching, painting in layers, color mixing, and how to use all the materials provided. I'll walk you through every step of the way.

No experience necessary, supplies and lite snacks provided. We will be painting outdoors - dress appropriately!

Location is shared 2 days before the event. We are close to Lady Byrd Cafe!

About your instructor:

Tanya has been working in film and advertising as an illustrator and storyboard artist for over 10 years. Oil painting is her passion and her goal is to share her love of painting with anyone who’s willing to try!
