Join us for a grounding and uplifting yoga and breathwork session to kick off your Thanksgiving season at West LA Athletics! Experienced teachers and West LA athletes, Debbie Steingesser and Annie Janssen will guide you through a rejuvenating morning of gentle yoga inspired movement, guided breathwork, music, and deep relaxation. Whether you're a seasoned yogi and breathwork practitioner or brand new to the practice, all are welcome to participate and connect with our community. We’ll focus on active recovery, so athletes are ready to meet their training goals in the week ahead. Let's come together to relax, recharge, and appreciate the present moment.
