Come meet Katrine Hald and Magdalena Dzierzynska - two visionary food technology engineers, dedicated to creating sustainable change in the food system. They develop tasty, healthy, sustainable foods by using fungi fermentation. Meeting at DTU, through their studies and through the DTU Alt Protein Project, they bonded over a shared passion for sustainable alternative proteins.Katrine and Magdalena will give a 25 minute talk on alternative proteins, the DTU alt protein project and their journey building Oh My Celia! Afterwards there will be discussion and questions. We have the venue all evening so you have the option to continue chatting as long as you want.
