O.H. Ingram Bourbon Pairing Dinner

Get ready for an evening of flavors! Join us for the O.H. Ingram Bourbon Pairing Dinner, where each course is perfectly matched with a smooth bourbon pour. It’s the perfect chance to savor great food, sip some top-notch bourbon, and hang out with fellow enthusiasts.

Scott Beyer- Master Blender for O.H. Ingram will be on site to discuss their distillery process and answer any questions!

First Course: Uncharted Bourbon paired with an arugula salad tossed in a lemon herb vinaigrette topped with dried cranberries, smoked gouda and candied pecans.

Second Course: Rye paired with spicy cherry glazed wings.

Third Course: Bourbon 105 paired with a prosciutto and gouda stuffed pork chop served with herb orzo and warm roasted Brussels sprout salad.

Dessert: Flagship 2023 and Flagship 5th Batch paired with spiced apple creme brulee with caramel whipped cream.
