We want folks to feel comfortable, so these are not high-intensity runs, just a great way to get your sweat on. These are short, all-level, no-drop runs, no experience required, all types of people are welcome.

Kae (she/her) is a pediatrics resident at UVM and an advocate for gender equity in healthcare and athletics. She won the inaugural non-binary division at the Boston Marathon and was part of the first all-trans team to run in the NYC Marathon. She used this platform to advocate for a non-binary category and transgender inclusion in organization throughout the northeast. She has also provided education to organizations like Arc'teryx and the Green Mountain Club regarding gender equity. She strives for a world where the outdoors is accessible and accepting of all people!
