Join Rebuild Woonsocket Community Movement and Green Energy Consumers Alliance for an exciting, four-part series of stipended community education sessions: Offshore Wind-Power to the People!
This third session is titled Organizing for Community Benefit. We strongly encourage everyone to attend the first Intro session before attending this or any of the others this Spring. Join us on Wednesday, May 27th, as we learn together about how offshore wind projects are approved and the ways community members can get involved to shape projects and negotiate Community Benefits Agreements!
Snacks will be provided and stipends are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is kid-friendly and you're welcome to bring friends!
