Officer's Cup is New Zealand's annual impromptu major tournament that will be held 23-26 August in Hamilton. This is a format with two person teams and 5 minute preps, with 6 minute speeches and 3 minute replies. The club will be subsiding the cost of attending the tournament for our teams/judges/trainees. Officer's Cup is an excellent time and a great way to improve your debating skills so come along!!Traineeing is the process where an adjudicator shadows accredited judges with the aim to becoming an accredited adjudicator. Accredited adjudicators can then judge at any of the domestic tournaments across New Zealand.
