Need support from families!
Let’s support some awesome kids learning to be leaders. 🙏🙏🙏
OCTOBER 9 gates open at 6 pm
My daughter decided she wanted to host a couple cover bands doing a full production at the Layton Amphitheater by LHS…
This event is 100% free, planned by teens, for teens, with teen bands, and the Catalyst Center audio production students will be doing the audio with a recent grad supervising them.
The goal is for teens to attend a family friendly event and have a safe, fun night just being kids listening to music, dancing, mosh pitting, while the band members and audio support get to display their talents.
Please pass this on? The kids have spent hours planning and are using their own money for upgrades and designing/purchasing water bottle stickers.
There will be adult chaperones/bouncers monitoring for mostly illegal or dangerous activity.
**There may still be a spot left for an opening band if anyone’s interested. I think they’re going the Indie theme - I think one song is Weezer: Go Away. Bands aren’t getting paid.
My daughter wrote a song and is learning to play the guitar with YouTube videos.
Let’s support kids learning to be leaders please!🙏
