Off the Critical Path: The PM Community Mixer

A little less execution. A lot more connection. Join fellow PM professionals during AfroTech 2026 for an informal networking mixer.
We spend our days managing timelines, navigating complexity, aligning stakeholders, and making big things happen.
But for one evening, we’re stepping off the critical path.
And this time, the only deliverable is connection.
Join us during AfroTech 2026 for an informal gathering of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management professionals who know that some of the most valuable relationships are built outside the conference floor.
Whether you’re an aspiring PM, seasoned practitioner, program leader, portfolio executive, or someone who lives and breathes delivery, there’s a place for you here.
**What to expect**
------------------
• Connect with your people: Meet professionals who understand the work behind the work.
• Exchange perspectives: Share experiences, lessons learned, and ideas across industries and career levels.
• Grow your circle: Meet potential mentors, collaborators, peers, and new friends.
• Enjoy the atmosphere: Come as you are. Drop in as your conference schedule permits.
No panels. No presentations. No status reports. And definitely no one asking for an updated project plan.
