OFF DUTY: A Restorative Retreat for Women

OFF DUTY was created for women who are ready to put some of that down.
Join us Labor Day Weekend at beautiful Camp Lee in Anniston, Alabama for a restorative retreat designed for women who need rest, connection, space to breathe, and permission to slow down.
This is not a productivity conference.
Not a networking event.
Not a performance.
It’s a weekend to reconnect with yourself.

• Community with women who understand what it feels like to carry too much

We want everyone to be aware that there are shared accomodations at our retreat space. Specifically, there are two bunk rooms, each with 20 bunk beds, which we are creating into cozy nest pods - the top bunk will be storage space for your luggage and personal items, the bottom bunk will have an opaque curtain surrounding a fluffy nest of pillows, high-quality, soft cotton sheets, and a down-alternative comforter with a duvet cover. We are hosting a maximum of 20 women so that we can leave every other bunk in the room empty for maximum privacy. Each of the two bunk rooms has its own large bathroom and shower facility. Please bring your favorite robe, and we will supply a shower basket to tote your toiletries.

The total retreat price is $595. Click "Purchase Ticket" to put down your $100 deposit, and we will send you a link to pay the $495 balance on or before August 1, 2026.

Cancellation Policy: $100 deposit is non-refundable. Full refund of $495 balance through August 1, 2026. No refunds after August 1, 2026, except at the discretion of Off Duty Retreats, though registrations may be transferred to another attendee with our approval. If Off Duty Retreats cancels the event, all payments will be refunded in full. (Please note: this cancellation policy supercedes the 7 day refund policy on the home page.)
