Come join us in Downtown O'Fallon, IL for a fun team workout on Saturday, 30 Aug at 9:30am. Bring a set of dumbbells, kettlebells, a sandbag or your favorite device to lift :). Also, if you have a box you can bring, that will be helpful as we tackle the Team version of Vault 9: "YAZI". No clue what the workout will be, but Program A was 5 sets of 3 Min AMRAPS: 6 double dumbbell snatch & 4 burpee box jump. Family members are welcome to join since there's a new park to play on! We'll meet up under the covered pavilion right next to the park. I'll provide the music and a cooler of ice and water, and possibly some icees!
