Contact: To register, please send an email to [email protected] with the Subject line :OFA Clinic at GCCVC. In the body of the email please include the Name, Breed, and attach all intended OFA screening forms pre-filled.
Once you have emailed and all of your paperwork has arrived, you will be contacted to process a non-refundable deposit of $25/exam after which time we will assign you and your dog a time frame for each clearance.
Please be sure your dog has been fasted. No food after midnight, water access permitted. This is to reduce the incidence of interference with blood tests.
