Of My Mother Literary Club will be meeting this month to discuss *Beloved* by Toni Morrison
Beloved by Toni Morrison, is a work of historical and literary fiction that blends the realities of slavery with the supernatural.
Set in post-Civil War Ohio, the novel follows Sethe, a formerly enslaved woman whose home is haunted by a ghostly presence connected to her past, until the arrival of a young woman named Beloved forces her to confront the memories and loss of her child.
During our meeting, guests will enjoy a drink ticket and take home our next read.
