The Oregon East Symphony Youth Orchestra (under the direction of OES Assistant Conductor Zach Banks) and the Preludes Orchestra (under the direction of OES Violinist/Violist Emma Norquist) present their free Winter Concert at the Vert Clubroom at 7pm, Thursday, January 23rd.
