PRE-REGISTRATION LINK BELOW!!!Come Join Floki and Cempestrae, Prince and Princess of Oertha, as they search for their successors and celebrate 40 years of living the Dream in Oertha.
Our weekend will start with setup and a Bardic circle on Friday night, facilitated by Baron Colum of Selviergard. All Bardic offerings are welcome but at his Highnesses request there will be a competition "A Story told in Any Mode"
On Saturday, join Their Highnesses in cheering on the many worthy competitors in the Oerthan Coronet Tournament and the Roses Tournament, and His Highness, Floki, invites all fighters, whether competing in Coronet or not, to come show your martial prowess by participating in his “Tournament Within a Tournament Within a Tournament” (details to be published soon). Don't forget to take some time to enjoy the meat pies and soups on offer at the Donation Lunch, admire the beautiful work on display at the Wreath of Hephaestus and A&S Competition tables, and share in the potluck dinner while enjoying performances highlighting Oertha's history through story and song.
Finally, Sunday, gather to celebrate the Investiture of a new royal pair and hopefully kickoff the next 40 years of fun in Oertha!!

When – January 17-19, 2025 (Site opens 4pm Friday and closes 4pm Sunday)
Feast – On Saturday, we will have a donation lunch of meat pies and soup and a dinner Potluck Feast. On Sunday, there will be tea, coffee and small pastry type snacks.
Arts and Sciences - “Proud to be Oerthan” themed A&S Competition and Wreath of Hephaestus Display Competition.
Ivory Spoon A&S Competition - Cherry Pottage in honor of Oertha's 40th Anniversary. Participant Judged. Contact Mistress Clare Elena for more information.

Don't forget to preregister for the Event. It's not required but it will streamline your arrival. (Registration closes Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Noon Alaska Time. All invoices MUST be paid by Sunday, January 12, 2025 by Noon Alaska Time.)
