Chef Josh Quick of Odette, the famed local gem in Florence, AL welcomed as an Orion brick-and-mortar dining experience this year, crafts each menu with care. Known for using the best local ingredients available, including produce harvested directly from our Artist Gardens, Chef Quick collaborates with his staff to ensure every dish is a reflection of the season’s best.
This year, our Stage Dinners take inspiration from celebratory feasts across the world, offering a fresh take on traditional holiday meals. From the hearty flavors of St. Nicholas Day to the rich heritage of the Feast of the Seven Fishes, each menu is designed to celebrate the spirit of community and joy that defines the season.
December 6th - St. Nicholas Day Feast

Seatings start at 5:30 PM each night. The last seating of the evening is at 6:45 PM. Adult tickets are $92, and children’s tickets are $56. Gratuity and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price of each ticket, along with a complimentary glass of wine.
