Welcome to the Odell Obliteration! This is a 4 hour event in which you go up and down the main trail in Odell on a marked 1 kilometer course. There will be a list to mark off your complete out and backs. To make sure, it is 1 km up, 1 km down.
Where do we start? About 100 meters from the main parking lot off Waggoners Lane, on the main trail.
Because we start at 10am sharp, please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier so we can get your name down on the list.
Of course you can stop once you have had your fill, but you can only participate when you start at 10am sharp.
The winner will obviously enough be the one that get most up and downs in, but the only thing he/she wins is eternal fame.
There are no fees, no prizes, no insurance; it is just you and your trail running buddies getting in as much vertical gain as possible in 4 hours. A perfect way to burn that lazy December fat off!
You can run with your dog if you want, but keep it on leash at all times, because not everyone loves a dog, weird eh?!
