The Fairfax County Animal Shelter is excited to welcome back the Animal Education and Rescue Organization (A.E.R.O.) for the Winter Wildlife Class Series. This free, five-part series runs monthly from October through February, with each class focusing on a different topic in wildlife education and rescue. You may register for just one class or attend the full series. Each class requires individual registration. Attending all sessions will give you the most comprehensive understanding of wildlife rescue and care.
ABOUT THE OCTOBER CLASS:
Learn how to safely handle wildlife, use essential rescue tools and apply practical safety protocols to protect both yourself and the animals during rescue operations. Perfect for both new and experienced rescuers, this class includes hands-on practice, engaging presentations and time for questions.
