Croí Connections retreats offer an opportunity to journey towards a deeper connection with yourself. Each retreat is tailored to foster a safe space where participants can take meaningful steps towards growth and healing. This retreat will be co-facilitated by Michael Maisey of the CIP Project in the UK. This weekend will include a traditional sweat lodge, guided breathwork, shadow work and an opportunity to connect with the Croí Connections community.
