Held in the beautiful and tranquil Wellness Studio, we warmly invite you to our October Sound / Gong Bath which includes guiding you through a Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation). A truly wonderful evening nestled snugly in blankets, eye pillows and bolsters as you embrace relaxation, calmness and nurturing for your mind, body and soul. Feeling free to drift off to the guided meditation following on to the vibrations of sound including gongs.
🔹THEME🔹
This month we are focusing on change.
🔹THE SESSION🔹
The session is 90mins, consisting of:
* 5 minutes Welcoming/Grounding/Settling in
* 25 minutes yoga nidra (guided meditation)
* 60 minutes sound bath (using gongs, singing bowls, drums, sound therapy bells etc).
Followed by a grounding snack.
A really beautiful and nurturing session. 💗 🙏
🔹EXCHANGE FOR OFFERING🔹
£22 per person.
🔹MEDICAL CONDITIONS🔹
This session may not be suitable if you have any of the following conditions:
* Are pregnant;
* Any neurological disorders including epilepsy;
* Had a stroke/TIA in the last 12 months;
* Parkinson's disease and have a deep brain stimulation device fitted;
* Any heart issues;
* Have a pacemaker fitter;
* Severe depression or anxiety;
* Have tinnitus;
* Have any metal implants.

🔹WHAT TO BRING🔹
The studio is fully equipped. You will be provided with a yoga mat, a blanket, an eye pillow, and a bolster.
You are invited to bring a further blanket and fluffy socks (if you feel the cold), a pillow for comfort (if required) and a bottle of water for yourself.
