Welcome to the First Can-Ruck Rucking Endurance Challenge ! Event Details:
Covering a distance of 34km, the challenge will be held at the Little River Reservoir (REZ) In East Saint John .
The course will consist of 10 circuits of the loop trail around the lake in clockwise direction.
This challenge is a test of not only Endurance but the Mental Challenge of doing the 10 consecutive terrain loops.
- There are no gender based divisions
- The divisions are by age only
- All participants must carry a minimum of 10 percent of their body weight in their rucksacks. This weight is not including any water or snacks.
- All rucksacks with weight only, will be weighed prior to the event starting to verify compliance.
- There will be three age divisions as follows:
** 18 to 35 yrs
** 36 to 50 yrs
** 50+
There will be prizes for the top three finishers in each category !
All participants will receive a certificate of completion for completing the course within the time limit of 9 hours .
Weighing of rucksacks will take place between 8am and 9am, with all participants starting the ruck at 9am sharp.
Registration fee is $10
